My boyfriend and i are thinking about going to Seattle, Washington later in the summer when im done with my summer college classes.....we have never been there but its fairly cheap to fly there from here so thats our main motivation for picking that city. There are of course a few landmarks that are worth seeing....so im still really hoping that we did end up sticking to our thoughts and plans and going....plus it would be a major life event to post on mylot because ive never been on a airplane :p [spicysweetie21]
I love to fly and have flown many times. My husband would rather fly than drive but he has finally mentioned today that if we are going to be able to go on vacations more he is going to have to learn and enjoy to drive than fly. Since flying is so expensive when there are several in a family going and you can share in the expense of gas etc. [sharlahodges]
When I got money, times, then I want to go to Bali. It;s got nice view and many bikinis. Nice sea nice people nice air. They got many of nice. [morsh8888]

I would love to go to Hawaii once but I'm scared of flying so I'm just pretty much stuck here.angry [missybear]

Im sure my family will be taking a vacation sometime during or after christmas like we usally do. I dont know where we will go since they dont plan stuff untill a month before that time since both my sister and me are out of college then for winter break so thats the perfect time for us to take a family vacation somewhere. My wife and I are going to Ireland this year. We usually go farther (we live in England) but are expecting a baby so are saving the pennies and going somewhere closer to home. Hopefully we'll be going back to Memphis for Elvis Week in August 2012 though. [phurren]

In a couple of weeks I will be going to see my daughter, who is expecting. I will also help her move. My trips usually involve seeing family in one location or a ntoher. I would like to travel and vacation just for the sake of going someplace, but that is going to take awhile. [GardenGerty]

i love to travel so i try to go for a vacation once a year. usually it's a different place each time. this year i'll be going to australia, in fact my trip is in 2 weeks time. can't wait! happy [kevsgirlalways]

I want to visit many places,specially beaches,but unfortunately this year i am facing some family problems and i have to prepare for my examinatiions.So i will not go any where this year. [saumitrakumar]
I guess if i were to go on vacation, i would be choosing a location where there is nature, and i can get to feel that nature and I are one. It is just fine if i go to a beach. Not really the commercialized beach with hotels and cottages. I would want to go to a beach where it seems like the rural fishermen's village. It is also fine of i get to the mountains. As if in the forest or the jungle. Well, of course i would love everything there. I am a nature lover, and i would be willing to die just to get to these places where i can search for my soul and be as peaceful as possible, away from the crowds and the busy traffic. Away from all the technology and the monetary problems. I would love the noises of nature rather than the noises made by engines and also the crowds. It would be perfect for me to spend time with nature in these locations. I guess the only problem i will have when i get the chance to go there is the existence of toilet papers. [safejunk]
Well Luke and I are looking to find a job in France this summer, we have got into the idea of house sitting, so have put an advert out about us as house sitters, and have written to people who need a house looked after. It is a great way to visit different countries and live in a house, and you get to properly experience the country rather than going to a complete tourist place. So if this goes ahead then I will be in France during a month in the summer! [Gorjess]
i go the same place, at the same time, every year. i drive to Montana with my mom, spend a couple days and then fly home. while i'm there, i go white-water rafting with my cousins. we pick a different river every year. [cannette1]
we have plans, my mom... she wanted to go to palawan and take me and my kids with her. it's my plan to go on a vacation this year too, but just my family with me... i want us to go to boracay, when i was still in my college days, my boyfriend went there and said it was really a nice place and when he was there, he found many kinds of stones/crystals in different colors, but he forgot to bring it home with him after their vacation. i want to go to boracay because of that, he said there's a place there where you can find and pick those stones... so aside from the clear blue waters, beach and white sand... those stones/crystals is also the reason why i want to go there... yes, i like to be different each time... see new places, meet new people and taste new foods.
