How much time do you get for paid vacation at your work? My hubby gets I think 3 weeks paid & 2 weeks due to schedule rotation. I get a whole 2 days vacation! *LOL* Then again I only work 10hrs a week so that's pretty good for not working alot of hours to even get any.

hell0! hope you don't mind to take a part hear, because I don't work, but in my country it is the same for at least all the employees. from work the most of the people gets 3 weeks paid vacation time just like your husband, but don't have these 2 week due to schedule rotation! only the teachers like my cousin get 50-56 day paid vacation time during the regular vacations for th students! So it's the same vacation time no matter whom you work for or how long you've worked there? Teachers get the paid summer vacation here plus when school is closed for winter & spring breaks. [3SnuggleBunnies]
I have never worked at a place that gave me paid vacation time! Must be nice..of course, being unemployed I'm on semi-permanent vacation and I've had quite enough leisure! I can't imagine having paid vacation time, I'm glad your husband has some that he can spend with his family. [dragon54u]

Thats a nice amount of sick leave! I think at one job we got one sick day a month & we could carry it over from year to year wich was nice when I was on maternity leave w/ my oldest helped keep us afloat while I was off. [3SnuggleBunnies]
I get 3 weeks now because I just hit 5 years :) 2 weeks was ok but it never felt like enough. Especially when I had to use days up for weddings last year. So this year I feel like I have so much time that I'm not sure what to do with it yet :) [vivasuzi]
You can always do like my hubby does he burns a week one day at a time for our anniversary, birthdays not just a vacation/ week off. That's still a nice amount of time off only being there 5 years! [3SnuggleBunnies]
I only get 7 sick and 7 vacation leave. Who wouldn't be happy with that. I'm turnign three years and this are the only leave we have.sadsad [yresh12]

My husband gets 2 weeks. After a certain number of years, which he'll be hitting soon, he'll get 3 weeks. He also gets personal and sick time, and that now rolls over. He's taking his next vacation in a month, the same week the kids are off for spring break. [katsmeow1213]
