Those certainly are some cheap flights! Even the most expensive one there is cheaper than what we pay for flights over here! I will take the $119 from Los Angeles, CA (LAX) to Boston, MA (BOS) so that I can visit you! lol LAX is the closest airport to me, but it would cost me over $1000 dollars to get there. sad [RawBill1]

If I wasn't so frightened of flying I'd get away, especially the way I am feeling right now, I'd want somewhere away from people so I can just be on my own. Somewhere where it's not too hot and there is an ocean near by which is safe to swim in (i.e. no hungry sharks, jellyfish or other sea beasties) Ironically June is a month that I hate and I am planning to get away, so far I've planned to go to Wales in my car for two to three weeks, I have a sketchy itinerary as to the places I want to visit en route. Of course my two dream destinations would be New Zealand and Sweden but both you have to get a plane to, maybe one day, but not this year. well this deal was way late for me as I fly tomorrow one way ticket $155 so I have to stay a month with son and his wife so I can buy a one way ticket back! Well thats the closes I can land to my son has to be either NAshville or Menphis When lookig for tickets for some reason it cost more to go to Memphis than NAshville dont figure that one for memphis is closer to me lololol any how going to JAckson where son lives. I never get to take advantage of any of these special deals because they never originate out of El Paso, TX, which is my closest (40 miles) airport. I could drive 6 hours to Phoenix or 10 hours to Denver or 11 hours to Dallas or 11 hours to Los Angeles to catch the plane, but then I'm at my destination and don't need to fly anywhere? [hofferp]

We do have economy airlines here which offer cheap airfares either local or international destinations. But one need to book well in advance to take advantage of the cheap fares. It can be as low as RM15 to any Asian destinations but one still need to fork out the fuel charges and airport tax. [zandi458]

Hi Ocean, Great deals indeed at this time of the year. This is the best time to travel if you're in my country - it's summer and no school for kids. My family has booked for a 7-days vacation in Hongkong, China, this is gonna be on the second week of May. We were able to get great deals on airfare and hotel. I'm still thinking whether to join tour groups (which are really easy on the pocket too) or just visit the famous destinations there on our own. I still have over a month to decide. [doryvien]
