Summer is far from over. We're still feeling the heat. There are many beautiful places in the Philippines. What places can you recommend as good vacation or tourist spot and why? This year, but most likely after summer, I'm planning to go to Baguio with my family. I want them to experience the good weather there and see the beautiful flowers. I want them to see Camp John Hay, Mine's view, Mansion House, etc. I hope there'll be a chance to go much much farther and see the hanging coffins and the Banawe Rice Terraces. Maybe next year I might go, if luck comes, somewhere farther like Cebu, Camarines Norte or Marinduque. I'd like to see the Chocolate mountains also in Bohol. Palawan is not yet in my wish list 'coz it's too far and might be too expensive to go there with the whole family but it really is a must see in the Philippines.

Try going to Pagudpod after Baguio, then visit Vigan in Ilocos, the place is really nice. [marklloydbinar]
Oh, my second option to Boracay is Pagudpod. It's nearer. No fear of riding on ships or boats. It's less expensive than Bora or Palawan. I would love to go there soon. [1Mdollarmom]
Baguio is the best place in the Philippines because I am tired of hot and humid weather here in downtown. I went to baguio last January and it was awesome! The place is very cold and you can actually go out even if it is noon time withough having sweat on your body. After baguio, I think Boracay is the second place that I want bcause of beautiful beaches that is perfect this summer season. But there are lots of beaches here in Zambales that have a white sand but they are not that famous. [deejgeek]

I recommend that you should see the islands in the Visayas. They are just amazingly awesome. Specifically, you and your family should see Cebu and Bohol. I've been to those places and my family and I are still hoping that we could travel and tour these provinces entirely - as in from north to south, east to west. For me, Cebu and Bohol have the nicest beaches in the country. The people are also nice and warm. As much as possible I would like my family to tour the entire country before heading to other countries. [hunterkim_07]
Before I thought what you can see in Bohol are just chocolate hills. I didn't realize it has nice beaches until I've watched some of them on t.v. [1Mdollarmom]
i love palawan too, i went there last year and i still wanna come back even if i've been there already, it's just too beautiful. i suggest that you go to coron instead of puerto princesa 'cause i think it's cheaper. also, coron is more 'undiscovered'. you and your family can go island hopping then go snorkeling. the white sand beaches are so awesome! Every vacation we will go to any tourist place. It give more pleasure and happy. and also getting satisfaction from heat. Most people will go cool places as picnic. I would love to go to Coron, Palawan soon. Actually, a lot of people said that Coron is not that expensive. Puerto Princesa is the more expensive city in Palawan. Coron also has one of the most beautiful beaches and scenery in the Philippines. A lot of people have said that it truly is heaven on earth. Another place I would love to visit is Caramoan in Bicol or Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte. Both also have nice white sand beaches. [zzyw87]
Yeah, it's still so hot here in our country but I think this kind of weather will fade away because there are episodes of heavy rain in our place as well, but I hate the fact that it's still very hot even though it is raining. But still, I think it's an indication that summer is almost over now and we should definitely spend the most out of it. Well, I don't have any vacation since I am working and we just had our summer outing just this month just to spend the summer. Anyway yeah, I really love to go to Baguio as well and I just want to feel the weather in there. Many said that the weather is really good and as what you've mentioned, there are a lot of great tourist spots. In my case, since I couldn't afford to go there, maybe I will just plan about it in the future and hopefully I would have the chance to go there and experience everything in there.happy [joannaleed]
Well, traveling and vacationing would be the best option in order for us to be free and de-stress ourselves from all those stressors. And also, it would be great if we are with our family as well. We would certainly enjoy the vacation if they are with us. So, you really need to save a lot in order to do that and it's really cute on how your children support you on this one.lol [joannaleed]
