I spent my best holiday ever in Edmonton, Canada where my uncle and his family lives. I stayed there for 2 weeks and went camping in the mountains. It was an experience of a lifetime for me because as we travelled on the roads I actually saw that wild animals were allowed to roam freely and I took pictures of deer and stags with their young, even squirrels hopping from tree to tree etc.. Also the scenery was beautiful with it's natural and not manmade landscape, waterfalls, the mountains and the crisp cool air. I live in Singapore so that was really an eye opener for me, even the air felt different. I was really able to relax there and I really enjoyed myself. [hopeful28]

My best vacation ever was when i went to california with a friend of mine. We visited Vegas, grand canyon a ghost town, catalina island andi think the most beautiful spot was Laguna beach. It had the most spectacular roses and view i had ever seen. It was memorable because i spent it with a friend who i dont get to see very often. [belinda_poli]

I took my family members and my in-laws to tour north India and Nepal. Totally we spent 10 days and it was very memorable trip, having visited New Delhi, Haradwar, Hrishikesh, Dehradun, Mussouri, Agra, Mathura, Brindavan and from Delhi to and fro Kathmandu by flight and from Delhi to Bangalore by Rajdhani Express. It was very pleasant vacation and memorable one. [ssh123]

I am not sure because I am vert often around the wolrd travelling for my job opr for holidays that I can rememeber many lovely places and many holidays. Probably, I repeat I am not sure, I think one of my best holiday was my travel to Australia. I was there not only for holidays but also for my job. It was a good mix of things and Australia is a lovely country, one of the best. [lucalucky]

I never had one. It's always busy around here and having a real vacation is impossible. Even during the summers I always have work to do. But one day I will really find time to have a loooong break and have a vacation with my family maybe in one of the beautiful beach resorts in our country. It would be nice to just laze around without a care in your mind but just having simple fun and relaxation with family. I'd like to really have that much elusive sleep, that kind of sleep accompanied by snoring, not bothered by anything or anyone. I hope I can do that this coming summer vacation which starts in the middle of March. [funny52f]

My best holiday was going to St Petersburg the Orlando in Florida! It wasn't stictly a holiday as I was out there working for a couple of days! It was the best for many reasons, super hot weather, lovely friendly people, staying in a 5 star hotel - lush! Testing out some very expensive powerboats, the food, the way of life absolutely fabulous! Oh and I fed a tame squirrel!! I would certainly go back! Thank you for your discussion topic, it's brought back some very happy memories on a very rainy dark night! [Bizziebod]
